Public financial disclosure of Spice DAO

The Spice DAO (aka "Dune DAO") is a Web3 production studio publishing sci-fi animation and NFTs from established writers and artists. It was established to create an NFT-limited animation series inspired by an extended manuscript for the 1955 novel Dune, by Frank Herbert. The extended manuscript, referred to as the "Dune Bible", was created by Alejandro Jodorowsky. The DAO has bootstrapped its activity via a crowdfunding campaign to bid on a rare original copy of that Bible. It has won the 22 Nov., 2021 auction totaling 2,608 ETH in donations, of which 784 remained after the purchase commitment and main expanses. Auction donations were monetized based on their shares in the form of $SPICE, the DAO's erc-20 token, that also serves its Snapshot governance. On-chain transactions are signed by the DAO's multisig.
